We start the year in Stavros on Crete. There are fireworks which does not please Zoa.
We visit several other places on Acriti including the traditional orthodox Xmas on the 6-JAN in Marathi. Then Kalyves for a few days, walks on the beach and in the hills.
Of course, we can't miss the "Kiss a Ginger Day"...
A few days of wind, walks and sunshine in Palaochora. The mornings are quiet and a delight.
We make our way back to Switzerland via Albania, Montenegro, Croatia, Slovenia and Austria.

First stop Tangier, on the sand.
The beach and mountain dog.
Mind you, so many cats and stray dogs, Zoa winds himself up.
We work our way southwards and end up next to the desert sands.
Then it's time to take the ferry back to
Spain
with time on the beach at Rota
Then on to a grand beach not far from Huelva
Before going into
Portugal
And a (almost) quiet time in Albufiera.
